I'm sure most of us at some point in our life have lost a set or two of keys. But losing the keys to the prison? This is completely unacceptable.

Snippet: "The 'high minimum security' institution of 1,400 male inmates was locked down from last Friday until Monday after a search failed to turn up the keys."
