“In Vegas, everybody's gotta watch everybody else. Since the players are looking to beat the casino, the dealers are watching the players. The box men are watching the dealers. The floor men are watching the box men. The pit bosses are watching the floor men. The shift bosses are watching the pit bosses. The casino manager is watching the shift bosses. I'm watching the casino manager. And the eye-in-the-sky is watching us all.”

This time around Vic and Mr. E-Double draw some scary conclusions based on the "The Black Man's Plight Continues" article. The results? See for yourself.

(10:13:03)Vic: LSU beat duke last night
(10:13:08)Vic: that's some good news
(10:13:33)e-double:yeap, shut that kid redick down
(10:14:38)Vic: you wanna run basketball w/o black people
(10:14:41)Vic: whats wrong with them
(10:15:15)e-double:they'll learn one day, but they'll never give up trying
(10:15:23)e-double:to many full rides involved
(10:15:45)e-double:i bet all the white boys finish with degrees
(10:16:07)Vic: but then what?
(10:16:09)Vic: where they at?
(10:16:23)Vic: don't get me wrong, nothing wrong with a degree
(10:16:36)Vic: but after duke, those white boys are MIA
(10:17:22)e-double:they in the corporate world making a solid $80,000 a year with benefits for the next 30 years
(10:17:56)e-double:while the average brother, doesn't make the NBA and doesn't get a degree, where's he at?
(10:18:54)Vic: he's on those nytimes stats
(10:19:00)Vic: did you read that shit man?
(10:20:14)e-double:who?
(10:20:43)Vic: that ny times piece on uneducated black males
(10:21:14)e-double:nah, i haven't seen it
(10:21:23)e-double:it's probably depressing
(10:22:49)Vic: http://www.supremebeings.org/start/content/view/141/26/
(10:23:07)Vic: the link to the ny times article is there
(11:23:47)Vic: what you think?
(11:25:38)e-double:made paper work all of us sudden
(11:26:32)e-double:mad
(11:42:42)Vic: tell them to give you a secretary/assistant
(11:43:00)e-double:i knew this would be depressing
(11:43:16)e-double:and we wonder why people make comments about killing our babies
(11:44:23)e-double:"We spent $50 billion in efforts that produced the turnaround for poor women," Mr. Mincy said. "We are not even beginning to think about the men's problem on similar orders of magnitude."
(11:44:31)e-double:they do shit backwards
(11:44:43)e-double:the man is the foundation of society
(11:45:21)e-double:a community with strong women is a surviving community
(11:45:35)e-double:a community with strong men is a successful community
(11:54:21)Vic: but a community where many women are on their own with seeds should do all that it takes to support those women. this is because the women then become the foundation of the community by default
(11:57:14)e-double:that's what the welfare and child support laws are for; make the men strong, they'll support their children, stop fathering ones they can't and turn around and become fathers, therefore becoming a role model for the youths
(11:58:18)e-double:the youths have to grow up with strong role models in their community, not on TV, not from some program, but at home, the guy next door, across the street
(12:00:46)Vic: we need government funds to make us strong? to make us support our children? to help me stop fathering ones I can't?
(12:01:09)Vic: I disagree
(12:01:17)Vic: we KNOW that's wrong!
(12:01:29)e-double:we need intervention
(12:01:37)Vic: yeah we do
(12:01:45)Vic: but we KNOW we're not doing things the right way
(12:01:48)e-double:we need government support
(12:01:53)e-double:right
(12:02:20)Vic: so then you KNOW you should not be fathering children you can't take care of, or wont
(12:02:22)e-double:it takes extreme measures to correct extreme problems
(12:02:36)Vic: now THAT I agree with 100%
(12:02:44)Vic: extreme measures
(12:02:47)e-double:the fathering part is just one part of it
(12:02:56)Vic: yeah I agree
(12:02:58)Vic: the education
(12:03:04)Vic: the thug glamour
(12:03:14)e-double:there's a mentallity out there that's unprecident
(12:03:42)e-double:it's going to take some measures that a lot of people are not going to like
(12:03:48)e-double:including most of us
(12:04:02)Vic: drastic measure: EXTREME censorship of communication means
(12:05:02)e-double:a controlled system of mind and physical control helped start the process that created the result of our state today
(12:06:20)e-double:to reverse that process, is going to take something that I haven't been able to conceive yet
(12:07:17)Vic: interesting
(12:08:05)Vic: so whats different about the ones that did/do not let the trickle down from the controlled system stop them from doing "Whats right"?
(12:09:27)e-double:i'm thinking something like; when you graduate highschool and for what ever reason you can't go to college you automatically go to some military program where you're taught a trade or study for a degree
(12:09:46)e-double:if you dropout of highschool you automatically go to the program
(12:10:02)e-double:young ladies the same thing
(12:10:05)Vic: a forced "educational" system
(12:10:09)e-double:yes
(12:10:09)Vic: no choice
(12:10:13)e-double:no choice
(12:10:20)Vic: no freedom
(12:10:33)e-double:and there's freedom now?
(12:10:49)Vic: there is freedom coupled with consequences
(12:11:08)e-double:i told you, not everyone would like it
(12:11:16)e-double:extreme measures
(12:11:23)Vic: yes you did
(12:11:57)e-double:you have the freedom to stay your ass in school, do well and get a degree and be a productive memeber of society
(12:12:06)e-double:member
(12:12:09)Vic: so we're looking at reprogramming people for their own good. why can't that be done in 6 years of elementary school? and 3 years of jhs?
(12:12:24)e-double:that's the freedom part
(12:12:32)e-double:there's no reprogramming
(12:13:13)e-double:if you don
